Architectural Design Form – all work must be approved by the PBB&T Board of Directors before any work is performed.
Clubhouse Rental Form – $150.00 rental fee, $250.00 security deposit.
Lease/Purchase Application – all applicants must be approved by the PBB&T Board of Directors before moving in.
The Palm Beach Bath and Tennis Board of Directors reviews all applications, plans, specifications, materials and samples submitted to determine compliance with the standards and policies set forth in the Association documents.
Work may not commence until final approval is received from the PBB&T HOA.
Painting - all homes in Palm Beach Bath & Tennis require that exterior painting complies with color schemes from the PBB&T Color Board. The Color Board can be reviewed upon request. Contact Benchmark Property Management if you would like to review the Color Board.
Landscaping, Patios, Pools, Screen Enclosures, etc. - remember to submit your plans for approval.
In addition to those mentioned above, all exterior changes to your home require Association approval via the Architectural Design Form to ensure proper community aesthetics.
Palm Beach Bath & Tennis has engaged the services of the landscape company, Blue Team Services. Blue Team takes care of the cutting and trimming for the entire community. For issues and concerns, please contact the management company, Benchmark Property Management.
If you wish to engage the landscaper for additional work (not covered by the HOA), call Bozz at 954-588-7981 or any other landscaper of your choice. Remember, any and all changes require an Architectural Design Form.
Please note that residents should not direct landscapers and irrigation maintenance staff. All issues must be reported to the management company so that a work order is generated.
Palm Beach Bath & Tennis is a gated community secured by ADT. Access is permitted via a coded clicker device, phone access, and a personal entry code. Guests may obtain access by looking up a resident's name on the call box and dialing the code next to the name.
Residents permit access by pressing “9” on their phone keypad to allow guest entrance.
